This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions that apply to your access and use of www.yaadball.com operated and owned by Wise Tech SolutionsLtd, a Limited Liability company registered in Jamaica. By visiting, using and/or submitting information to yaadball.com, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

The terms "yaadball.com", "our", or "us" or "we" refers to the owner of the website. The terms "your", "you", "user" refers to the user or viewer of our website.

We will try to notify you when changes are made to this agreement but yaadball.com shall have the right at any time to update this Terms and Condition Agreement without any notice to you the user. Any use of the website after changes have been made shall be deemed to constitute acceptance by User of such changes. Member Account, Password, and Security

To access our website's features you will need to open an account. In order to open an account User must complete the registration process by providing yaadball.com with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration form. User also will choose a password and a user name. User is entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of User's password and account. Furthermore, User is entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under User's account. User agrees to notify yaadball.com immediately of any unauthorized use of User's account or any other breach of security. User may not use anyone's account at anytime, without the permission of the account holder. yaadball.com reserves the right to terminate accounts (see below).

Termination

You agree that yaadball.com may, under certain circumstances and without prior notice, immediately terminate your account. Cause for such termination shall include, but not be limited to, (a) breaches or violations of these Terms of Service or other agreements or guidelines related to your use of the Services, (b) requests by law enforcement or other government agencies, (c) a request by you, (d) discontinuance or material modification to the Services (or any part thereof), (e) unexpected technical or security issues or problems, (f) engagement by you in fraudulent or illegal activities, and/or (g) nonpayment of any fees owed by you in connection with the Services. Further, you agree that all terminations for cause shall be made in yaadball.com's sole discretion and that yaadball.com shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your account.

There are some content that we will not accept and will remove from the website. yaadball.com is not for pornography or sexual explicit content. If this describes your media do not upload them to yaadball.com. Don’t post videos that contain animal abuse, drug abuse, underage drinking and smoking or bomb making. Violent content is not allowed. Don’t post videos of accidents, dead bodies, or any content that can be extremely shocking or disgusting. Don’t upload videos that you don’t have copyright rights to. Videos should not contain any hate speech against anyone.

yaadball.com shall have the right in its sole discretion to edit, refuse to post or remove any material submitted or posted on yaadball.com. Without limiting the foregoing, Wise Tech Solutions Ltd Shall have the right to remove any material that Wise Tech Solutions Ltd, in its sole discretion, finds to be in violation of the provisions hereof or otherwise objectionable.

Capacity to Become a Member

If you are under 18 years of age you should only use yaadball.com under the supervision of an adult or guardian 18 years of age or older. In any case you affirm that you are over the age of 13, as yaadball.com is not for children under the age of 13.
